My first tip was to take a lazy day or weekend to let your hair calm down from all the damage we get from heat products. I am a big believer of natural beauty and staying away from heat products such as straighteners and curlers. But we like the effects that they give us. But there are other options. Curlers and hair wraps are a great option if you want to still look great but give your hair a break. I especially recommend these options after perming or relaxing your hair.
It may take more time but staying away from heat at least 3 days of a week can make a world of difference. Rollers are used alot more these days. They make your curls last way longer than with a curling iron. Of course, not the heated curlers, I'm talking about the ones your grandmother used to use! The are so many hair tutorials on YouTube these days, if you don't know how to use curlers or how to wrap your hair (which can straighten it). Try this a least once a week and your hair will feel stronger and healthier!
