Tip #1

How many times do you straighten or curl your hair? Probably everyday. I see alot of dry and damaged hair everyday. Women always ask me what they can do to get healthier hair. Sure, there are products that say they can give you strong healthy hair, but my number one thing I recommend is to just have a lazy day. Once a week. Give your hair a wash to wash all your products out and let your hair dry naturally. Don't put any products in it and don't use any heat products. The difference will suprise you. Your hair gives out natural oils that you need to give time to actually work. During the summer I like to let my hair go natural and just put in a nice braid or ponytail. I went 1 week without any heat or products and my hair was so soft and healthy. I highly recommend it. It gives you a good chance to try out all your updo's and braids.
I recommend using a cleansing shampoo before your lazy day to strip all those excess products out of your hair. I recommend Redken's Natures Rescue Refreshing Detox Shampoo.
Taking a lazy day can make a world of a difference and it's the most natural and healthiest way to get strong healthy hair!
